** I was able to resolve this - my Institution had renamed the domain **
I recently installed the Fortis Blue software 2.3.8.0 onto my computer however when I go to login it's telling me that the authentication has failed.
When I check the system logs in Fortis Blue it's giving me the following error:
error code: 501
error message: domain name required when using a domain for authentication. (error code: 501).
(I have attached the entire message)
Has anyone ever seen this before?
