After importing over 300 000 documents at a customer, suddenly now when importing, all the Norwegian Æ Ø Å characters are showing as the replacement character � in the metadata field. All existing documents are fine.
What can cause this, and why do you think this happen only after over 300 000 documents are imported?
The documents are imported by a third party application. Our partner that do the import job, asks if it may have something to do with the encoding of the dat files, and wonder what encoding DocuWare recommends.
