Failed to open file-1519755893

Hi

I just upgrade DocuWare 6.5 to DocuWare 6.12, according to the Upgrade Path first I upgrade to DocuWare 6.9.

Now in DocuWare 6.12 all the rar files can´t be displayed in DocuWare Viewer.

The message in the log is: System.Exception: Failed to open file 5306c868-3dfd-4c21-a53b-a7d46c6ca167-826-0-900-635689505824196795.rar. Decoder: DwArchive, ex:Failed to read archive content.

Please open a support request os that we can review exactly what you did during the upgrade, and look at the log files to find the cause of this error.
