Desktop APP- Import error

Documents with errors: 6 (401 Unauthorized Invalid user credentials).

This is happening only on one machine and only for Desktop APP IMPORT functionality.
All other functionality working as desired.
All other machine with the same user credentials working perfectly.
The user credential is Admin.

Workarounds done:
Uninstall and reinstall desktop app- Same error.
Uninstall, Clean registry and reinstall desktop app- Same error.

Support to resolve this issue will be really appreciating.
