Trays and Search in wrong area of webclient

New user on an existing system.
When they login the Document Tray, and Search buttons are at the bottom of the webclient for Edge, Chrome, IE, and Firefox.
I have reset the user settings and still can not find a way to move them back to the top so they can be used.

Hi Eric, 

I think I have seen this bug once and it was caused by something blocking scripts on the client.
In which DocuWare Version are you experiencing this error? Looks like some 6.x version to me.
