How do I associate web service results and assign it to my workflow global variables?

I have a web service that returns values val01, val02, val03.  In the workflow, the webservice works and it returns the 3 values.  If I want val01, val02, val03  to be displayed in my workflow,  I need assign it to my workflow variable land, building, total respectively.  How do I accomplish this inside my workflow?
