Workflow Designer Language - how to change

Hi,
is there way how to change Workflow Designer language?
My system (Windows 10) has this Language settings:
Windows display = English
Apps & websites = English
Keyboard = English
Speech = English
Regional Format = Czech (means date format (calendar), time, currency)

But Workflow Designer language is in Czech. It is from some update in past (during 2024?), it was in English language earlier.
Although I am from Czech Republic I don't use Czech language on computers/apps. Unfortunately Czech translation in Workflow Designer is not good and I prefer to use default English language.
