DocuWare Printer Configuration not Showing Letterhead and B&W-1543932809

Hi,

I created a simple DocuWare Printer configuration by uploading a sample document and letterhead. When I try to print a document using DocuWare Printer though, the letterhead is not appearing on the document and the document is appearing as black and white. Any fix for this?

Also, do you have a different method for applying a watermark on documents?

Just found out from the Desktop Apps History that DocuWare Printer is unable to detect the configuration I created that is why there is no letterhead appearing. How do we go about this since the configuration is fixed to automatically detect the configuration to use? I am using the exact same sample document I uploaded to test this and DocuWare is still unable to find a matching DW Printer configuration for it.
