How about the configuration for users, groups, roles, and rights? I believe we will have to do this from scratch.
I can't seem to find the option to delete dialogs. Can anyone help me out?
Has DocuWare gone away with the creation of logging agent/destination in the DW Administration for audit trails? I used to be able to create before, but now I don't see an option to create a new loggging agent/destination anymore.
I see there is now an audit report option at the web client configuration, however, the details provided there are too minimal for our client's needs.
They prefer the level of detail provided by the logging agent/destination audit trail.
Just found out from the Desktop Apps History that DocuWare Printer is unable to detect the configuration I created that is why there is no letterhead appearing. How do we go about this since the configuration is fixed to automatically detect the configuration to use? I am using the exact same sample document I uploaded to test this and DocuWare is still unable to find a matching DW Printer configuration for it.
Is there a way to have Autoindex run for documents in the document tray? So that users can see the data retrieved first for validation before storing in the file cabinet.
There are limitations with the way Autoindex works right now where documents need to be stored first and the matching process happens in the back end. It is not very reassuring to clients who process thousands of documents and need to validate indices first before storing in file cabinets.
