Hotfix installation DocuWare version 7
Hi,
Is there a way to get the build number of the version available in http://www.docuware.com/r/download/dw7 ?
We need that to be sure that the version installed on site is the one available as the latest to download
And best, would be to get for each version in https://docuwarekb.microsoftcrmportals.com/en-US/knowledgebase/article/K...
the Build number
For instance
Included improvements:
2018-10-24: Build # 7.0.0.8375 (not sure if the value is correct)
etc
Thanks in advance
Best regards
Gilles

Storagerobot.exe keeps crashing
Dear Jochen
As far as I know storagerobot is a third party application using DocuWare SDK
Have you made any kind of update (Windows, DocuWare). If yes you should ask the storagerobot vendor to check compatibility issues.

Copy forms from one Cloud system to another????
Hi,
Are talking about DW Forms ?
If yes I do not understand the answer from Phil
With DW Forms one can export and import a form (I thnik it was possible from 6.12).
The only limitation I am aware of are DW version must match and one has to reconfigure select lists
Am I wrong ?

Workflows not starting
Hi Casey,
Are you on DW V7 ? If yes, install the latest hotfix. Then unpublish and re publish your workflows
Sounds like black magic. Although it worked for me and was suggested by DW support

Parsing dates
Jon
Try with INVOICE_DATE = 'GV_InvoiceDate'
The single quotes should make the trick.

LIKE operator
Dear Phil,
To be precise one should read
"what it does not LIKE to do is to parse a concatenated string since V7 update"
as it worked before
Best regards
Gilles
PS : anyway thanks a lot for the workaround

V7 Full Text Search with wild card
@Ingo
Thanks for the speedy answer. Fix will be installed asap
@Joe
Imagine you want to search for a three digits numbers but you are not sure of the second digit 3?0.00 will solve the issue.
For *, I found that in severeal occasion it returns a different result with and without a wild card. For instance ge will return storage and ge* will return the previous result, plus germany gestion genco and so on (unless you set up the wild card as a default in the field search dialog
At least that was the way it worked in 6.12
