RE: Error Uploading Software - Error Number:15009
There is a problem in the DocuWare system database.
Please upgrade from 6.6 to 6.7. If that is successful, then upgrade to 6.12. Otherwise please open a support request.

RE: Deleting a File Cabinet with dependencies
Steve,
Are you referring to the DocuWare 7 Auditing? It could be that there was a file cabinet logging agent active against the cabinet prior to upgrade.
Hard to say. I'm thinking support will need to look at this with you since you cannot find anything obvious.

RE: how to find metadata from the dwx file in storage location
Casey,
Please refer to the technical documentation for DocuWare 7.
https://www.docuware.com/main.asp?sig=dld&lan=en&loc=en&dwdblan=english&dwdbkat=do*&dwdbname=technical+notes:+Changes+with+docuware+version*
The dwx file replaces the XML file from DocuWare 7 onward. You can inspect the structure of the dwx file. First of all copy the file from the storage location. You should not under any circumstances attempt to open a dwx file "in situ".
The dwx file is a zip file so you can extract the components with file explorer.
The metadata XML's are found in the folder structure "Document_nn \ Version_nn".

RE: "Last Run" status in triggered AutoIndex jobs
Hi Steve,
Instant Autoindex does not provide a status as scheduled jobs do. I usually check that it is operational when setting one up by storing or changing a document and then observing the result list for the change. In the cloud in can take a minute or two to trigger depending on the load on BPS.

RE: PSA: automatic login URL's disabled in 7.1
We have now clarified the situation.
Indeed it is correct that you cannot create a URL Integration that simply performs a login to the web client regardless of whether the user name and password are encrypted or not.
All other URL integrations are operational as long as the login credentials are encrypted with a passphrase.Phil Robson

RE: How to: Autoindex Workflows
Carol,
Autoindex will not split the contents of a field as you require. After creating the First and Last Name fields you will need to have the contents of the concatenated field split and added to the new fields using a database level query.
This can be done by DocuWare Professional Services for you.
