Behavior:
When accessing a workflow task, we receive the following message;

"Operation is not allowed. Document 10612 is in state in progress"
Solution:
This behavior occurs when the workflow-processed document has been checked out from a file cabinet that has Version Mangement enabled.
To resolve this behavior, utilize Check-in or undo Check-out operations on the affected document. Once completed, the workflow task will be accessible without error.
