RE: create my own preconfigured solution (DWBUC file)
Hi Jon,

yes, that's right you can create your own preconfigured solutions.
The message you are referring to is a cautionary message indicating that there are certain limitations.
So it is not meant to simply "clone" a system.

Please find more information in the manual, here: https://go.docuware.com/preconfigured-solutions-manual

Viele Grüße / With best regards,

--

Gerardo Lisanti
Manager Product -
RE: Suche Dokumente mit Ablagedatum leer
Hallo Moritz,
das ist über den Suchdialog aktuell leider nicht möglich.
Als Workaround kannst du eine neue Liste in der Archivkonfiguration anlegen und dabei den Suchoperator "Is Empty" verwenden
(siehe screenshot)

RE: How to see logged in users
Hi Angel,
yes, you can see the currently logged in users in the "Connections Overview" in the DocuWare Administration:
- Log in to DocuWare Administration as administrator
- Select the organization on the left
- Then in the top menu open "Tools" > "Connection Overview" or click the appropriate button
- In the Connections Overview all connections to the DocuWare system are listed
- To find out how many users are currently logged in, filter for "License Type" = "DocuWare Client (...)"
I've also attached a screenshot.

RE: SSO For Mobile app
Great!
Yes, the DocuWare Classic app is deprecated and no longer actively maintained; i.e. no bug fixes or further developments will be provided.
You'll find the current DocuWare Mobile app here:

RE: SSO For Mobile app
Hi Jalila,
In order for the DocuWare Mobile App to connect to your DocuWare Cloud, you must first establish the connection by specifying the URL of your DocuWare Cloud organization. This way, the app knows which DocuWare Cloud to connect to.
This is done either by scanning the QR code available in your DocuWare Cloud menu "Mobile Apps" (see screenshot) or by manually entering the address (optorg.docuware.cloud).
After that, the DocuWare login screen will appear.
If Single Sign-On is configured and enabled for your DocuWare Cloud, you will see the "Continue with Microsoft" button there.

RE: SSO For Mobile app
Hi Jalila,
once you've configured Single Sign-On with your external identity provider in your DocuWare system, you should be able to log in via SSO in DocuWare Mobile as well. The login screen in DocuWare Mobile is basically the same login screen as for the web application, i.e. you'll see the "Continue with Microsoft" button.
You'll find the configuration manual for SSO here:- https://support.docuware.com/en-us/knowledgebase/article/KBA-36308

RE: URL integration, Result list without viewer
Hi Sebastian,
maybe the result list you are opening has the option enabled to automatically open the first document in the viewer?
You can find the option in the settings of the result list in the file cabinet administration, under "More options" (see screenshot)
Show document: Open first document of the result list automatically in the Viewer

Hallo Frau Modrzejewska,
Nein, das ist nicht möglich.
Nur Benutzer in der Rolle "Organisations Administrator" können Lizenzen vergeben bzw. die Produktübersicht aufrufen.

RE: How to login with trusted user in Docuware 7.4?
Dear Mayra,
in DocuWare version 7.4 it is still possible to log in with a trusted application user via the platform (.NET) API.
However, for security reasons we have decided to remove the publicly visible endpoint from the platform web page and deny the HTTP GET request method. The HTTP POST request method is still accepted, of course.
