Fortis SE Upgrade-1457031715

Upgrade from Fortis SE 2.5 to 2.6. After running the upgrade it asked for a reboot. After the reboot it started the WTI install shield. Now I have a command prompt window witht he title c:\windows\syswow64\icads.exe. Nothing has happened for 20 minutes.

Is this normal or should I close that window and pray?

This does not seem like normal behavior, if it is still happening can you open up a ticket through our support portal? We will be able to pick up the issue from there.
