DocuWare Academy and previous progression

Hello,

My best wishes for this new year.

eLearning and training offers moved to the new DocuWare Academy portal since January 7th, 2021.
I see that obtained certifications are mentioned in the personal profile, but all courses progress is lost or not migrated.

Is it normal ? Or is it possible to transfer the previous status ?
Personally, I took the time in december 2020 to complete DSA, DAC and DSC e-Learnings as they are considered a prerequisite for participating in the corresponding Basic Trainings. I don't really want to re-spend time on it just to set a progression status at 100%.

Hi Joel, 

DocuWare stated in the last partner info that existing certifications will be moved over the course of January, maybe even early February, I would not worry about missing certifications for now.
