"A newer version of DocuWare was found to be already installed"-1520880448

Hello!, 

I'm trying to update from DW 5.1c SP2 to 6.12, 

The first step is to install DW 6.7, when i execute the installer, i get the next message:

"A newer version of DocuWare was found to be already installed"

I'm almost sure that I have version 5.1c Installed, 

Could you give me some idea about this?

This error occurs if you've already started running DocuWare Setup for a newer version than you are currently trying to install: for example, you ran 6.12, realized you ran the incorrect setup, and then proceeded to try to install 6.7.

I suggest you open a support request at http://support.docuware.com so that we can get a technician to assist you with rolling back just the setup package.
