Hello,
Every few hours LDC gets disconnected from the cloud. It simply prompts: Please provide your credentials. Clicking on DocuWare Credentials button and then OK (credentials are already there) connects again. It happens usually over night.
In the log file there is below sequence every time it happens (company name replaced, time it stopped 22:38. At about 4 hours later (02:25) there is always a sequence (4 lines in the log) where it retries to connect but nothing happens. The time I clicked again on DocuWare Credentials 06:46). The problem occurs at least once a day.
Looks like that KeepConnected thread is finished and does not try to connect again. The issue causes that some data is missed from the transfer to DocuWare.
Is there any setting which we should change so LDC stays connected or if for some reason gets disconnected to retry by its own to reconnect?
