Static form submission is not working in Production server after CBS upgradation

Error: 500 Internal Server Error (ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation)

Issue Analysis

• Error: ORA-01013 typically occurs when a client or middle-tier component (like the web server or app server) cancels a long-running operation.

• HTTP 500: Indicates a server-side issue, not a client/browser issue.

• Context: The error occurs during a form submission on your DocuWare system running on UCB's production environment.

The TNS.ORA responding from the old name and IP, how to resolve this issue?

This is obviously a problem from the Oracle Database connection.
I am not an Oracle expert and can't help with this specific issue.

However, please keep in mind, that DocuWare version 7.9 is the most recent version which still supports Oracle databases.
DocuWare 7.10 and newer do not support Oracle Databases anymore, so you have to move away from the Oracle database anyway.

Which Version of DocuWare are you currently using?
