Change index field of several documents in workflow

Hi, 
we want to change index fields of several documents within a workflow. 

We have a Deal-File with different documents of a customer order. Those separated documents are linked with over one identical index field. When the deal is closed (closing the workflow task), we want to change a specific index field to „closed“ on all documents with the same Deal-File-ID (e.x. Deal-File 100800).

We have DW on premise with workflow manager (no autoindex).

The new 7.2 feature „Archive“ can only change one document per task. 

Any ideas?

If this is an On Premise system, You could use a database trigger to do the same thing the AutoIndex would do.
