interactive tours

With DW Cloud platform a "interactive tours" feature is available in the "Help&Info" menu.

There is nothing like that with a OnPremise DW, why ?

The feature is pretty helpful for beginner.

Is there any plan to make it available OnPremise? If yes, when ?
