Good Day Guys,

What could be the issue with my docuware 6.8. I tried to import document to the basket and I got an error message that "System Nullable-System Date Time. Docuware Platform Controller.

You may need support to collect logging to find the cause. Does the File Cabinet attached to the basket have a mandatory Date field?
You can also try creating a new basket and import to that to see if the problem persists.
