I have a scenario where a group of users are sent a document for review. They will confirm receipt, those who do not confirm will get a reminder and then eventually an overdue notification. I am thinking of using a parallel task for the confirm receipt action and escalation, and also list variables to contain the users.
Is it possible to:
1.Load users/Substitution rules into the list variable (AssignedUsers)
2. If user confirms receipt, remove them from (AssignedUsers)
3. When the task goes into reminder and overdue status, only users left in the (AssigneUsers) variable will be notified
Or is there a another way of achieving the above. I am using DocuWare 7.1.
