Ein direktes Upgrade auf DocuWare 6.9 ist ab DocuWare 6.0 oder höher möglich.

DocuWare Server und Web Komponenten
 

Hardware

• CPU Kerne: mindestens 2 x 2,0 GHz, empfohlen 4 x 3,2 GHz
• RAM: mindestens 4 GB, empfohlen 8 GB
• Festplatte:
  • mindestens 5 GB freier Speicher
  • SSD empfohlen
  • Dokumente sollten auf einem separaten internen Laufwerk gespeichert werden oder auf einem externen Speichersystem
     

Datenbank

• DocuWare Interne Datenbank:
  • CPU Kerne: mindestens 2 x 1,4 GHz, empfohlen 2 x 3,2 GHz
  • RAM: mindestens 1 GB
  • DocuWare empfiehlt die Verwendung von Microsoft SQL-Server als Datenbanksystem bei Systemen mit mehr als 1 Millionen Dokumenten ohne Volltext bzw. mit mehr als 200.000 Dokument Seiten mit Volltext.
  • DocuWare empfiehlt die Verwendung von Microsoft SQL-Server oder MySQL 64Bit als Datenbanksystem beim Einsatz des DocuWare Workflow Managers.
  • Bei größeren Installationen wird die Verwendung eines dedizierten Servers für die Datenbank empfohlen

• Externe Datenbankserver:
  Die Systemvoraussetzungen des Datenbank-Herstellers müssen eingehalten werden.
   

Volltext

• DocuWare Fulltext Service (required for searching in the full text of the documents):
  • CPU Cores: minimum 1 x 1,4 GHz, recommended 2 x 3,2 GHz
  • RAM: minimum 1 GB, recommended 2 GB
  • In larger installations we recommend to use a dedicated machine for Fulltext.

DocuWare 6.9, all Server- and Web Components incl. Internal Database on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard, without Fulltext:

• Minimal Requirements:
  • CPU Cores: 2 x 2,0 GHz (DocuWare) + 2 x 1,4 GHz (Internal Database) = 4 x 2,0 GHz
  • RAM: 4 GB (DocuWare) + 1 GB (Internal Database) = 5 GB
• Recommended Resources:
  • CPU Cores: 4 x 3,2 GHz (DocuWare) + 2 x 3,2 GHz (Internal Database) = 6 x 3,2 GHz
  • RAM: 8 GB (DocuWare) + 1 GB (Internal Database) = 9 GB

  • RAM: 4 GB (DocuWare) + 1 GB (MS SQL Server) + 1 GB (Fulltext) = 6 GB
• Recommended Resources:
  • CPU Cores: 4 x 3,2 GHz (DocuWare) + 2 x 2,0 GHz (MS SQ Server) + 2 x 3,2 GHz (Fulltext) = 8 x 3,2 GHz
