After attempting to edit some fields of a stored document, I noticed that the Index Fields appear in the order in which they were originally created.
I don't find any option to modify this order and at this point I doubt there is that option.

Anyone knows something more abot this?

I wanted to know if there's a way to configure a field for beeing filled automatically depending of another index field. l know there are selection lists but with those you have to actually click in the option, enven if there's only one.I need that step to be automatic.

Thank you for your quick response, Frank! I was able to resolve the issue by referencing this KBA: KBA-35850.

Now, I’m encountering a different issue. I’m unable to export data from the XLSX file to the FC. I’ve been trying to configure the Autoindex tool, but I haven’t had any success.
Is there a way to extract each row from the XLSX file and assign each row to individual FC input fields?

I'm trying to connect a .xlsx file with article numbers to my articles FC to fill the FC with all that data. I'm trying to do it through the autoindex tool. At the moment I'm trying to set up a file connection using the Docuware Administration but I can't set it up propperly. I set up the file name with the right one and I get an error back. Is there anything I'm missing?

Thanks! That worked. 

But there's something else I want to ask you if you don't mind.

Instead of using "=" it would fit better using "like", sometimes the name isn't equal to the data in our database,  I've seen that you have to use "&" and "%". I've tried but I don't get anything but an error.

I'm trying to get the supplier code ( from a FC that is not asigned to this Workflow ) using the following method (see attched file). 
I get nothing out of that, it doesn't return anything, like it's not comparing the GV and the index field. I've double-checked and the GV and the index field have the same value.

Hi all, I'm trying to set up a couple Dialogs with inteligent indexing on them. 
Testing those out I can see that aparently only works on one of them, not in both. 

Can you have multiple dialogs with inteligent indexing on, right? Am I doing something wrong?
