I have a user that had a windows 7 computer that worked fine but now on her Windows 10 system, when she scans into Docuware after a few hours the app stops working and the scan jobs do not appear.  Once a restart of the computer is done, everything starts working again.

I have tried changing power settings and everything on the computer where it will not go to sleep but cannot solve this problem

Hello Richard,

After the few hours, does the machine get woken up from sleep mode? Please verify the DocuWare desktop service is set to Automatic(Delayed Start)

You can do this by going to Start>Services> DocuWare Desktop Service>right click propteries>there should be a startup type with this option after selecting the dropdown arrow. Please let me know.
