Hello House, An hyperlink was sent to a user in docuware. Upon opening the document, it was blank. When the Docuware Administrator tried opening the document using the hyperlink, it opened a blank page. Regards.
do you have any filters turned on for the dialogs? I have seen this when there are filters turned on and the users don't have access to the document in the dialog.

Which filters are you refering to. Is this filter done by the user or the administrator.
would be done in administration. I am referring to setting up filtered dialogs for users to restrict access to certain documents in the file cabinet.
