Hello good afternoon.

I am using the DwImpot to upload the documents to the archive, the problem lies in the folder "C: \ ProgramData \ DocuWare \ Jobs" which is keeping a copy of the document that was uploaded and this is saturating the hard drive, it is required some fix? or how you can prevent it from continuing to leave the information in this folder.

greetings and thanks

Hello Jose,

in default configuration DW Import only keeps Documents which were processed with warnings or with an error.

some settings for that can be changed in C:\Program Files (x86)\DocuWare\Desktop\DocuWare.DesktopService.exe.config

changes here might require a restart of the DocuWare Desktop Service.

the Key "RemoveTempFile" controls which files the Desktop Service keeps stored in the jobs folder. this affects both, Printer and Import. Probably also Scan.

Please keep in mind that tinkering with config files might break your Desktop Apps, I am not responsible for any possible misconfigurations.
