Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible within DocuWare for a user to get a notification when a document has been clipped to an already stored document within the file cabinet. Or is there a way to go about it?

Dear Hameed Ogbara,

Sadly, there is currently no feature to trigger Notifications, when two documents are being clipped.
It would be possible to place a stamp with an index change on a freshly clipped document and trigger a Notification this way.

With best regards

Did you try to use FileCount system field as the trigger for the AutoIndex / Webhook. You can then run the AutoIndex which will setup some (for example NEWFILE) index field with specific value. Then based on the change of this index field you can run some Notification/Workflow.<br> &#160;
