Behavior:
You are trying to send a Hyperlink to a document via mail. This does not work due to an error, saying that the Mail Client is not installed correctly.

Solution:
Make sure that the Mail Client has set all settings to default at "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Default Programs\Set Default Programs", espacially "URL".
