My company name has changed, but my DocuWare Cloud account still has the old name.

Answer:
For the name organization name change to reflect in your DocuWare Cloud system, an internal process is required.

Please send an email to:

DocuWare America Customers and Partners at dworders@docuware.com 
DocuWare EMEA Customer and Partners at orders@docuware.com
Subject: DocuWare Online account name change request

Please include the following information:

  • Your system ID
  • Organization name (old)
  • Organization name (new)

Our Orders Department will handle the name change for you.

KBA is applicable to Cloud Organizations ONLY.

    I would like to change the URL that my permanent cloud account uses.

    When I first got the account I used wtbs-hr.docuware.cloud because I got the Employee pre-configured solution.

    We would like to start using that account for many more demos but would like to change it from wtbs-hr.docuware.cloud to WordTech.DocuWare.Cloud.

    I see where you can change your company name by contacting DWORders but would this change the URL as well?

    Or could I get a new permanent cloud account because there isn't anything in my current one I couldn't make note of before it got deleted.

    Will the URL change for the new organisation? I can't see that this question was answerd and I have the same requirement.
