My company name has changed but my DocuWare Online account still has to old name.
Solution:
An internal process is required to change the name of a DocuWare Online account.
Please send and email to:

DocuWare EMEA Customer and Partners at support.emea@docuware.com
Subject: DocuWare Online account name change request
Include:
- Your system ID
- Organization name (old)
- Organization name (new).
