Scenario:
When trying to configure Intelligent Indexing on a new or existing document tray, this error occurs:
There is no intelligent indexing connection assigned to current organization.
Answer:
This occurs due to the migration of Intelligent Indexing to several new technologies (Linux containers, .Net Core, etc..). By doing so, we were forced to break the interfaces that are used by older DocuWare versions and are no longer supported.
This would be the reason why you can no longer configure Intelligent Indexing, although it will still be working and extracting index data in already configured document trays.
Intelligent Indexing cannot be enabled in new document trays in versions below DocuWare version 7. In order to configure Intelligent Indexing in the document trays again, you will need to upgrade to at least DocuWare version 7.
