Behavior:
An issue occurs in a workflow, which triggers an email containing the following message,
"The given system user credentials for workflow [Workflow Name] are invalid. Please update the system user credentials in the Workflow Designer so that the workflow can continue."
Solution:
To resolve this, access the Workflow in question, then enter the credentials for the DocuWare account being used. This is done from the Start node of the workflow in the Workflow user section.
Press "OK", then the credentials will have been updated.
