Behavior:
When attempting to use FTPS or FTPES in File Explorer, it reverts back to FTP.
Answer:
Windows Explorer and the built-in FTP client for Windows does not allow any type of secure FTP. The built-in tools only allow unencrypted FTP.
A dedicated FTP client will be needed for the use of FTPS or FTEPS.
