This error can occur when either the user attempting to use FTP does not have sufficient permissions to do so or is attempting to import an unsupported file type into FTP.
To ensure this is not a permissions issue, navigate to the Configurations page, open the FTP plugin, and re-enter your DocuWare credentials under FTP User.
Note: If the FTP plugin is not visible on your Configurations page, please contact your system administrator and request permission to "Configure FTP"
If this behavior still occurs, it would signify that the file you are attempting to import is an unsupported file type. Attempting to import folders and/or folder directories will cause the described error to occur.
