Behavior:
When attempting to use FTPS or FTPES in file explorer, it reverts back to FTP.
Answer:
Windows Explorer and the built in FTP client for Windows does not allow any type of secure FTP. The built-in tools only allow unencrypted FTP.
For the use of FTPS or FTEPS, a dedicated FTP client will be needed.
