Is the FTP connection between the Client PCs and the DocuWare FTP site encrypted?

Answer:
The FTP connection between Client PCs and the DocuWare FTP site is indeed encrypted. 
DocuWare supports both FTP and FTP over SSL. We have TLS encryption options with FTP. Change the address to ftps or ftpes (Implicit and Explicit, respectively).

FTP:
ftp://ftp.docuware-online.com/YOURORGSFTP/data/ 
TLS Implicit:
ftps://ftp.docuware-online.com/YOURORGSFTP/data/ 
TLS Explicit:
ftpes://ftp.docuware-online.com/YOURORGSFTP/data/

    Thank-you, I see a configuration option for the port in the FTP configuration. Does the SFTP require a manual change of the port?

    @Thomas, DocuWare does not support SFTP nor is there plans to add support at this time.
