Behavior:
When attempting to search for a document, the following error message is presented;
 
"Login failed for user 'XXX'. Reason: The password of the account has expired."

Solution:
This error has occurred because the password for the database user has expired. To resolve this behavior, please update the password of the database user.
Once the password has been changed for the affected user, please follow KBA-36264. Once completed, you will now be able to search in DocuWare without error.

KBA is applicable to On-premise Organizations ONLY.
