Behavior:
When using Connect to Outlook to process emails containing images that load from an external source, these images appear in DocuWare as a red X.
Solution:
This behavior occurs because the email cannot load images from an external source into the DocuWare Viewer.

To have the image displayed in DocuWare, please complete one of the following recommendations,
- In the Connect to Outlook configuration, select the option to "Convert to PDF" when processing emails.
- Instead of having the images load from an external source, insert them into the email, and then you can have the email process in an EML format which would also display the image in DocuWare.
