What logs can be generated to assist DocuWare Support in Windows Explorer Client issues? 

Answer:
Please refer to the following guide for recording Windows Explorer Client issues;
  1. Introduced in DocuWare 7.5, the Windows Explorer Client Background Server Process populates a window displaying any error message that has occurred. 
    To see the entire message, click the "Details" button, then press the Save button to generate a log file. 
  2. The generated WEC.log file can be found at %programdata%\DocuWare\Logs.
