Behavior:
When opening Connect to Outlook, the following message is given;
When opening Connect to Outlook, the following message is given;
"The watched folder DocuWare Import still contains some remaining items. Should these items be archived now?"
Solution:
This message will occur if the user has a Watched Folder configuration assigned to them. If emails arrive in the watched folder while Outlook is closed, the described message will appear upon reopening the program.
If the configuration is not necessary for the affected user, please remove the user from the configuration, which will prevent this message from reoccurring when opening Outlook.
