    Was this ever figured out?  I'm wanting to create a line break in a workflow task -> decision -> dialog -> description -> text.

    I'm struggling with what I know is a simple autoindex job.  At the end of a transaction my client will have multiple documents with a status of "working".  Once a deal is complete, they want to be able to stamp the doc type "initial record" that will change that document's status to closed.  When "initial records" status changes from working to closed, I want to update all documents associated with the initial record (common index field will be property address).

    I have a workflow that is initiated when a form is submitted. The form generates 6 documents (document type) within one file cabinet.  Each document related by the automatic number in the form.  It creates a "master doc" and 5 "checklists" that need to be completed in succussion with some data entry fields within the workflow.  Upon completion of each checklist within a workflow, I want the data entered in that workflow to index the other related documents AND change the status of the next checklist to "processing" so the workflow for that checklist is initiated. 

    I hope this makes sense!

    I am trying to assign a task (and remaining workflow) to a user based on location.  I.E.  I have an application for a daycare with a dropdown menu asking what location you would like to apply for.  I would like to assign the workflow to the manager of that particular location.  I have each manager setup as a user.
