500 Failed to get content error in Import Configuration
To confirm it is the same error, check event viewer and debug logging.
They should show error “general protection fault in the engine.” This is caused by the OCR service.
If you go into Docuware and modules -> client setup -> right click and uninstall “DocuWare.CommonOCR.msi” then install it again on the client machine.
Test again and it should be working, no errors.
