Behavior:
Document Type" & "Capture Template" greyed out in FortisBlue Scan
Solution:
This occurs because the version of Internet Explorer currently installed on the users machine is unsupported. This issue is resolved by downgrading Internet Explorer to a version that the FortisBlue you have installed supports. For more information on what version of Internet Explorer that your version of FortisBlue supports, please refer to your FortisBlue installation guide.
