KBA is applicable for On-Premise Organizations ONLY.
This is due to the fact that Apache Tomcat was removed from the Full Text server in version 7.7 and Intelligent Indexing V2 only uses Tomcat 7. Regardless, it is not too difficult to remedy the situation. Simply install Apache Tomcat 9 (this gets rid of the Log4j vulnerability) and point Intelligent to this Tomcat URL rather than the old Tomcat URL.
You also may find that you need to use a different port for Tomcat. Port 9012 is for Full Text for 7.7 onwards and 8080 is already there for Tomcat 7. Therefore, I used 8081 for Tomcat 9. I wasn't sure if Tomcat 7 might have also been used for something else on the server.
