The DocuWare Mobile App streamlines how licensed users can easily access their DocuWare system and services from anywhere. This overview will detail the availability and functionality of the DocuWare Mobile App. The following information is applicable for organizations on DocuWare versions 7 or higher.

 

Availability:
Supported Device versions include Android versions 12.0 or later & iOS versions 13.0 or later. DocuWare Mobile is available for download at the following:

​​Product Limitations:

  • DocuWare Classic is currently the only app that supports connections to On-premise DocuWare systems.
  • The newest DocuWare mobile app is currentlty compatible with DocuWare versions 7.13+.
  • Android versions 12 and 13 are no longer supported in the DocuWare Classic app.
