The DocuWare Mobile App streamlines how licensed users can easily access their DocuWare system and services from anywhere. This overview will detail the availability and functionality of the DocuWare Mobile App. The following information is applicable for organizations on DocuWare versions 7 or higher.

Functionality:
To ensure high-performance quality when accessing your DocuWare system, DocuWare Mobile offers the following functionalities:
- View documents contained in Document Trays or File Cabinets
- Index and store documents, as well as edit index fields of documents previously archived
- Apply stamps to documents using a preview
- Process workflow tasks
- Share documents in their original format or as a PDF with/without annotations to other applications such as Dropbox, Gmail, Outlook, etc.
- Select configured store and search dialogs to optimize search results and indexing methods.
