We have recently noticed that the "Product Overview" configuration is missing from our DocuWare on-premise installation, however, it is visible on our DocuWare Cloud system (For hybrid organizations).

Answer:
By product design, the Product Overview plugin is only available in DocuWare Cloud. 

KBA is applicable to both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
