Behavior:
When attempting to navigate to the DocuWare Web Client, the following error is presented;
When attempting to navigate to the DocuWare Web Client, the following error is presented;
"An error occurred while processing your request. invalid_request: Invalid redirect_uri."
Solution:
This error occurs when the URL you use to access DocuWare does not have a web connection in DocuWare Administration. To resolve this, open DocuWare Administration, navigate to Web Connections and right-click on it to create a new entry. If the URL uses HTTPS, please set the system up correctly by following KBA-37242.
