Please refer to the following guide to resolve this behavior;
1. Open Task Manager and stop the following services if they are running;
- DocuWare.Desktop.Service
- DocuWare.Setup.Client.Update.Service
- Local Data Connector DataService
2. Once completed, rerun the Client Setup with administrative rights and the installation should proceed without issue.
