Scenario:
When reviewing prospects in My Business, certain customers are not visible even after confirming rights to view customer data.
Solution:
Please refer to the following solutions to resolve this behavior;
- Certain VPN security measures can prevent access to certain aspects of My Business. To ensure this is not the case, disable your VPN and refresh the page.
- If you have previously set filters, they can affect your search for certain customers/prospects. Clear out the filters and reattempt to search for your customer/prospect.
- A higher percentage of zooms can hide certain information, such as customers/prospects. Reduce the current browser zoom and try again.
